چکیده
* The work reported in this note was done while the author was a fellow of the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation on leave of absence from the University of Brazil, Rio de Janeiro. This work was sponsored in part by the Army Algebras Research Project No. 2 at the University of Chicago. 1 All algebras considered here are supposed to be commutative, with unit, over the field of real numbers. A pre-norm of algebra on the algebra A is a real function r on A such that T(x) . 0, ir( + y) < T(x) + r(y), ir(xy) < wrx)r(y), xr(Xx) = Ixj T(x), T(I) = 1 or 0. Atopologicalalgebra is assumed to have its topology defined by its continuous pre-norms of algebra. 2 See N. Jacobson, Structure of Rings (Coll. Pub. Am. Math. Soc., No. 37 [New York, 1956]). 3We assume that if U belongs to e and U is isomorphic to V, then V belongs to e. 4See L. Nachbin, these PROCEEDINGS, 43, 935-37, 1957. The algebras are considered as algebras of operators on themselves.

متن کاملCrocin Improves Damage Induced by Nicotine on A Number of Reproductive Parameters in Male Mice
Objective Crocin, a carotenoid isolated from Crocus sativus L. (saffron), is a pharmacologically active component of saffron. Nicotine consumption can decrease fertility in males through induction of oxidative stress and DNA damage. The aim of this study is to determine the effects of crocin on reproductive parameter damages in male mice exposed to nicotine. MaterialsAndMethods In this experime...
متن کاملQualitative and Quantitative Analysis of the Effects of Quinazolinones on Internal Organs of Newborn Balb/C Mice
Objective(s) Quinazolinones are heterocyclic compounds, with biological and pharmacological activities, such as inhibiting some proteins, enzymes and reducing blood lipids. Materials and Methods Following previous results of our group, effects of two new derivatives of quinazolinones 9(3)-quinazolinone-2-propyl-2-phenylethyl (QPPE) and 9(3)-quinazolinone-2-ethyl-2-phenylethyl (QEPE) on liver...
متن کاملThe effect of Canola oil nanoemulsion on hematological parameters of mice with breast cancer cell line TUBO
Background: In developing countries, the prevalence of breast cancer has increased and is becoming a major global problem. Extensive research has been devoted to understanding the causes of breast cancer and creating new treatment methods for this disease. Canola plant is rich in sulfur-containing compounds that are responsible for its rich content of glucosinolates, pungent aroma and flavor. ...
